Instructions

Take one capsule 30 min before workout. After assessing tolerance experienced users may increase to two capsules 30 min before workout. PHENADRINE is also an amazing fat burner! If taking for fat loss only take one capsule in the morning or early afternoon. Do not exceed two capsules of Phenadrine a day under any circumstances. Take at least 2 days off phenadrine every week.
