Instructions

For men up to 200lbs - 8 caplets - 4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
For men over 200lbs - 10 caplets - 5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
For women up to 125 lbs. - 4 c aplets - 2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
For women over 125lbs. - 6 caplets - 3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. People who have had a heart attack (myocardial infraction)should not use NO2. Use this product with caution if you have a history of cold sores.
