2 capsules 1/2 hour before workout 1 capsule 1 hour after workout.

135-160 pounds:
3 capsules 1/2 hour before workout 2 capsules 1 hour after workout.

160-230 pounds:
4 capsules 1/2 before workout 2 capsules 1 hour after workout.

230 pounds and up:
5 capsules 1/2 hour before workout 2 capsules 1 hour after workout.
