Instructions

Training Days: As a dietary supplement take 3 tablets 45-60 minutes before training and 3 tablets immediately after training. Non Training Days: As a dietary supplement take 3 tablets twice a day on an empty stomach (2 1/2 hours after a meal or 45 minutes before a meal).
