Instructions

Mix one serving (1 packet) in a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water twice daily. On days of your workout take 1 of these servings before your workout. To assess individual tolerance follow this chart:

- Day 1 to 3: 1/2 stix packet 2x daily
- Day 4& Beyond: 1 stix packet 2x daily

Consume 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 2 total servings in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results combine Hydroxycut Hardcore X Ignition Stix with an intense exercise and nutrition program.
